Situated in the Chianti hills, and San Giminiano touristic area. On one side you have the gorgeous swimmingpool 16 x 6,5m (depth 1,2m-2,7m), equipped with a saltwater based cleansing system, and a dining table and sitting group – with 250 degree view of the val’d Elsa with San Gimignano right accross the valley. On the other side of the house you have the dining terrace (60 m²) with a wooden fired Pizza oven, faceing a breath taking sunset in north/west. The 6 acres olive grove is surrounded by the wineyards of our neightbours. 20 min. walking distance to a osteria, 2 trattoria and pizzerias – and most of the rest of Toscana/Chianti within an hour by car.
